Board of Directors The Board of Directors consists of nine members, 3 each representing Zion Episcopal Church, American Legion Post 294 & Auxiliary, and the Community at Large.  Each term is three years and they are staggered within each group.  Board meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday of every month at the church.  Board meetings are open to the public.
